Who can make a plan?
Anyone with an OpenVibe account: streamers, writers, communities and developers. Your plans are on your page at openvibe.vip/<name>.
Memberships for creators and their software
OpenVibe.VIP is a membership site, like Patreon, open to anyone with an OpenVibe account. A creator publishes plans with perks, and members join from their Vibes credit or another way OpenVibe.Billing offers. The perks follow them across OpenVibe: a badge in chat, members-only posts and rooms, roles and emotes. Plans are versioned, so members keep the terms they joined under. Developers sell subscriptions to their own apps and tools the same way: the app signs a person in with OpenVibe and asks VIP whether they are a member (openvibe-sdk/vip).

Yes. Your app signs a person in with OpenVibe, then asks VIP whether they belong to your plan (openvibe-sdk/vip, checkEntitlement), and unlocks what your plan promises.
A change publishes a new version. Members keep the version they joined while their membership lasts, and every version stays public in the plan’s terms history.
